SUMMARY:Advocacy for Genealogy with Alec Ferretti
DESCRIPTION:Our May Delegate meeting will be on Friday as a kickoff to the 2026 Barbara J Brown Family History Seminar. \nGenealogists need records but access is constantly under threat. Whether it’s new privacy laws or underfunded archives\, the obstacles are real. This session is a call to action: Learn what’s already being done to protect and expand access\, and how you can get involved. From grassroots petitions to courtroom battles\, genealogists are stepping up and it’s making a difference.
